Zen FX studio is situated within Crossfit in Ballito. It is a small gym and run and owned by Zenon Jagiela.
What sets us apart from the rest of the personal training gyms in Ballito is our dedication to helping you reach your goals, through personal one on one training. I do not focus on group training as this allow me to focus on each client’s unique needs. I do also offer my clients online training programs which they can follow at home.
When a client visits my gym in Ballito for the first time, my focus is on really understanding your needs as well your current limitations, be it through injury or other, and then I tailor-make a sport specific as well as functional training program that is both intense and fun.
No two training sessions with me will be the same, and as you growth in strength and fitness I will push you beyond your own beliefs of what is possible, and then I will push you further!
I specialise in TRX and am a Master certified trainer. I also offer sports specific training and rehabilitation and have had the pleasure of working with some of the most amazing athletes in their various sport disciplines over the years.
When it comes to the equipment, I use various tools to achieve the goal that you wish to achieve, be it strength, conditioning or weight loss or rehabilitation from injury. Whether it’s kettlebells, TRX suspension trainers, sandbags, SkiErg, Assault Bike or medicine balls, I utilise each of these various pieces of equipment in such a way so that you get the most out of your workout and ultimately results!

FUNctional
Training
Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability.
Sports Specific
Training
Sport specific training is simply fitness and performance training designed specifically for athletic performance enhancement. Depending upon the athlete’s specific needs and the demands of the sport they participate in I develop programs that will help them achieve their goals and ultimately succeed
TRX Suspension
Training
It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. It is the perfect training tool for all levels of fitness, from elite level athletes, right down to people wanting to exercise for the first time.
Rehabilitation
Training
Focusses on rehabilitating and restoring a client’s physical movement post surgery or due to injury. By concentrating on weaknesses and imbalances I use exercises that aid to help clients regain and maximise self-sufficiency in the affected area or muscles group.
Core
Conditioning
Body sculpting (or core conditioning) is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning exercise, usually focused on core strength and using weight bars, exercise bands, dumbbells, or a combination of these apparatuses.
